Holyrood budget plans approved
The £33 billion Scottish budget has been approved with a multimillion-pound package of concessions for opposition parties. Finance Secretary John Swinney announced a range of measures to win the support of Conservatives and Liberal Democrats, including cash for college places and new businesses.

Is it based on the students credit score or the parents?
no i want to know if someone can get a college loan because were having a debate on whether or not kids should receive financial aid based on the fact they are poor
