NSCC president: Enrollment will grow at Centre site
The number of Northeast State Community College students from Washington County could potentially double in five years after the school locates a site in downtown Johnson City, the school’s president told Johnson City Development Authority board members Friday.

The number of bachelors degrees given out by for-profit colleges skyrocketed by 418 percent since 2000, according to data from the National Center for Education Statistics.
